For a long time, my first CD as a leader - “Resolution” - has only been available as a physical CD. I'm happy to report that it's now available on all major streaming platforms. This session featured Andy Suzuki on tenor and soprano saxes, Dean Taba on acoustic and electric basses, and Kendall Kay on percussion, and their playing on this project is amazing. The album presents six original compositions along with new arrangements of three standards (Miles Davis’s “Nardis”, Horace Silver’s “Song for My Father”, and George Gershwin’s “They Can’t Take That Away from Me”).
